Bug A Boo
Matthew Roach was drawn to clowning several years ago. As a firefighter he wanted to cheer up children who had been hurt or burned. He found out about the Shriners hospitals and knew it was his calling. It was soon after that he entered a year-long intensive training course with the Aladdin Shrine Clown Unit here in Columbus, Ohio. Matthew competed and won national awards for his clowning. Soon after he completed his training, Matthew began performing at parties and events in Central Ohio. He is also a Master Sergeant in the Ohio Air National Guard and has clowned and entertained kids all over the world during his deployments.
